I'm new, how do I order?
Welcome to Eat Your Crayons! All the items you see are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size required and click “add to cart”. You can then change the quantity and shipping destination.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept payment via Paypal. If you haven’t got a Paypal account, it’s really quick and easy to set one up and quite possibly the safest way to pay online.

What currency do you use?
We are based in the UK and therefore all our prices are in Pounds Sterling. If you wish to view the prices in a different currency please visit this currency converting site.

Is it safe to order online?

Can I change my order?
If we haven’t yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please email us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won’t be possible to amend it.

Can I cancel my order?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

What is your delivery policy?
Eat Your Crayons does not make a profit on Postage and Packaging, we do not charge postage for the UK but we have to for overseas customers. We charge you what it costs us to package and post your order. We only send by Royal Mail’s registered services which enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been despatched. You can contact us after you've placed your order if you wish to know the tracking number which you can use at least 24 hours after placing your order to trace the parcel on www.royalmail.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver to most major worldwide countries.

How do I return / exchange an item?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please contact us on [email protected] .The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery. Once it arrives back to us safely we will refund you immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee.

An item I like is out of stock or no longer on the website, will you be getting anymore?
To keep our products fresh and unique we manufacture our designs in limited edition quantities. We advise you to get your order in as soon as possible if you see something you like to avoid any disappointment.
